I loved this album, as well as her last - criminally underrated and I wish the GP was more plugged into her brilliance. It's a short project, but it really hit for me.

I'm so devastated. My sister put me in eyeliner and took me to a Halloween midnight showing of Rocky Horror in 2004 when I was 14. It was my introduction to queer culture and drag, and I ended up performing in the stage version of the show twice in high school / university. Thank you Tim Curry. You changed our little gay lives in ways you'll never imagine.

I was JUST about to say this. The vocal on the chorus doesn't really sound like Olivia (deffo just because of vocal distortion etc) but is very much giving Lorde, in a good way.

We've had: Striving Carly Celebratory Carly Dancing Carly Ally Carly Looking forward to Horny Carly to make an appearance in one of the other 20 tracks.

The numbers this is doing as an EP with only 5 tracks on streaming vs full studio albums is actually so impressive. Bel Air and That Way are reallllly doing it for me, like this is KATSEYE at their best and the people spewing allegations of 'AI slop' need a re-education in the art of having fun.

The way she keeps us fed needs to be studied. She's the all you can eat buffet of pop music.

Lara having a co-write on a bonus track is already a big step forward from the first two years of their career. It's also been highly discussed on their promo tour, which means HxG are cluing into what the fans want. Creative control will come with time and public demand.

Absolutely love this on first listen.

I love them, idc. Say what you want about the songwriting and the genre hopping - they're in the infancy of their career, let them cook a bit and establish an identity. I believe in their longevity.

I hope she gets the help she needs, but I also hope this doesn't deter her from ever coming back into the spotlight. She's a generational talent and I know we'll all be here waiting for her when she's healthy and able to share her art with us on her terms.

GAGGED. I hope they didn't blow their payola budget on the first 2 singles - I love them so much but these 'Night' tracks have actual potential at streaming (and radio, dare I say???)
