Do you watch Gay Stuff?

Featured Replies

I watched CMBYN once in 2018 and it made me depressed for a whole week. It was a true coming of age, emotional reaction I had to that film. I don't remember any of the plot though.

The lead characters of Mean Girls and The Devil Wears Prada are straight women...

Yes, porn, bl manhwa, manhhua, manga, Japanese TV show, films. Everything.

But mostly Asian stuff.

I don't feel connected to western gay and their lifestyle

Same tbh

My ex-bf tried to make me watch RuPaul, even the episode with Gaga in it, but I just couldn't get through it.

Nowadays everyone watches gay stuff, it's in every series. Whether star trek, star wars, most tv shows-how to get away with murder, the boys, most movies have gay characters and scenes with major characters blending with other major characters etc

Also not all of us watch RuPaul anymore or ever watched it, I watched only the first three or 4 and I zoned out , others just don't feel the whole franchise.

Soo, yeah you do watch gay stuff.

This makes sense if you come from an Eastern culture or are Asian yourself tbh.

All the other stuff minus drag race. Just not my thing. Americas next top model yes drag race no

Some of it. I haven't watched all the indie gay films or whatever but I've watched drag race and seen some of the cult classics that are referenced in gay culture so… idk.

I watched all the movies in the OP but never watch Rupaul.

Sometimes I read yaoi and watch BL too.

Do any of you remember Addicted the series? That show made me depressed for a whole week after the 2nd season being cancelled, I'm still bitter to this day.

Just kidding. However I love queer movies. Never watched Drag Race but I'm sure it's a lot of fun.

Call Me By Your Name is lowkey a must-watch for the culture but I wouldn't say it's a good one.

@FailSafe omg, I thought your hate to Addison was just base-wide but the whole ATRL already knew it? Tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk

I'm not into drag race (tho i've been in "races" following a similar format online like sending songs) and I watched mean girls w bestie once but i also don't know the rest so ig not...

When I saw Movistar+ added a channel that aired Top Gear 24/7 with little to no ads I was ob•se•ssed. I could watch it all day lol

So yeah I guess my answer is no.

edit: someone mentioned 🌽 and yes + also bl and y401 esp. if its wholesome not super smutty so idk... its a mixed bag ig
