Do you name your boyfriend's cheeks?
No, but I do lovingly refer to what's between them as 'home sweet homo'.

Rally behind Macklemore here - where pop meets politics
Agreed. This might be a controversial opinion, but Ed isn't really who we should be focussing on. He was put in a difficult situation by Kraft and other venues. He had to decide whether or not to cancel those dates and risk people (crew, venue employees, and concert goers) losing money, or drop Macklemore. I think it's shitty that he chose to drop the opener rather than stand up against genocide, but I got the impression that Ed wouldn't have dropped him had there not been any pushback.

Macklemore's statement has 5+ million likes. P!nk's statement has 500k likes. Why?
If p!nk was still touring, I'd say we should all protest that but… oh well. Guess that's what happens when one of you is a washed up hateful has been - the other one can get this bvssy

P!nk breaks silence: condemns Hamas, supports Palestinians, drags Macklemore
Unfortunately you're probably correct. I've never understood how people can just blindly support what's happening. I get how she might side eye him after he wore an allegedly anti-semetic costume, but that has nothing to do with her flat out refusal to acknowledge what's actually happening. Serious question: does Israel really have that much of a chokehold on Jewish people and Hollywood as a whole? (Wasn't sure how to phrase that question so I apologize if my wording is off).

What is your personal line with ethical artificial intelligence usage?
There are a few times that I don't mind it. AI does help with research aggregation specifically for archival and medical. When AI is able to pull and find multiple links between medical research papers it does sometimes help doctors and virologists to make connections faster than before which can help patients. It also helps when doing research in archives for things like schools and historical reports/essays/articles/etc. I personally use the Meta AI occasionally to help create posts for small events that I might be hosting (ones without a budget). I will reach out to someone if I have something big coming up and have some disposable funds to pay someone to create flyers and artwork. I have used it to help me restructure my thoughts into something more coherent at times as well The problem that I have with AI is when we're using it to generate content in such a way that it takes opportunities away from real people. Using AI to create content (music, books, movies, etc) is absolutely harmful in that there are people who are now struggling to find work because people are turning to AI to save $$$. Generative AI has improved to the point where it's sometimes difficult to tell if a song is AI or it's a real person singing. Tl;dr: I don't have a problem when AI is used for certain data entry/retrieval or in a way that doesn't deprive people of jobs. Generative AI is a dumpster fire.

P!nk breaks silence: condemns Hamas, supports Palestinians, drags Macklemore
She almost had me for a second with the "What I said in October 2023 is still exactly what I believe: Hamas is a terrorist organization. Palestinians deserve a future that honors their humanity and their aspirations. Protecting innocent life comes first, everywhere, and nobody should ever celebrate the death of a child. Anybody's child." But then she kept on going and twisted Macklemore's words and completely ignored the part where he said that his protest was about what Israel is doing to the Palestinians. His protest had nothing to do with her, her family, or other Jewish people - it was solely directed at Israel for committing genocide. She's still not getting the point here - you can be Jewish and still condemn what's happening. Also, a retweet/repost is essentially an endorsement of what you're sharing and that's something that I thought everyone understood in 2026.

How should you respond to friends who weren't there for you?
This. It's also sometimes unrealistic to expect people to be able to help with mental health issues 24/7. Yes - it sucks that they couldn't help when you were there for them, but friendships aren't transactional. There have been times when I have had stuff going on and simply didn't have the emotional bandwidth available to help others at the moment. That said, if this is a consistent thing then you should potentially look at finding new friends.

Katy vs Britney: who penned the better Selena Gomez & The Scene track?
Rock God isn't my favorite Katy song from that era - as far as demos and songs written for others are concerned. It's a decent track for selena but it's kinda mid overall. I'd pay good money to hear a finalized Britney version of whiplash though, and Selena definitely missed out by not releasing it as a single.

Katy Perry's concert film flops, fans enjoy the empty theaters
You're right about it coming out after. My mistake. I did however mention that "flop" was a strong word for the Renaissance movie.
