Who's more talented?

Lorde is the better writer but Billie is the better singer. Both have produced their music but i think Lorde has done more about it.

 

So I'll probably give the edge to Lorde?

Lorde has the stronger discography for now so she gets my vote

Lorde is a much better songwriter and music producer, vocally Billie is better but she is always depending on FINNEAS meanwhile Lorde is sometimes alone with the production of her songs. 

What is Lorde's talent? Corny lyrics and psychotic behavior? Billie, I'm so sorry.

Billie relies on Finneas to create music. She's a puppet

Billie is pretty and doesn't have orange teeth so I pick her .

The one who didn't fade into obscurity after one era.

I think Billie is really smart and crazily talented but the phineas association makes u doubt about her talent sometimes  he makes music suiting her brand and u wonder if she would be able to replicate her magic with someone else????

i honestly feel like billie should move away from him just for 1 or 2 eras. 

Obviously Billie. Her voice doesn't sound like nails on chalkboard, she knows her ways around melodies, her lyrics are better and her last album washes everything Lorde has ever done or will ever be capable of doing. 

 

To round it up, she just seems so cool and likeable, plus she's easy on the eye.

Lorde doesn't have a brother writing all her hits so her. 

If Lorde only had PH/Melodrama it'd be closer but for consistency sake it's Billie. I prefer Billie's songwriting to current Lorde and vocally/visually speaking there really is no comparison there 

Lorde is a better writer by a pretty wide margin. Billie is a slightly better vocalist and can make more intricate runs. However, I think her vocal advantage is weighed down by how often I struggle to hear her sing live. Lorde has a great head voice and can do vocal deliveries that are in the echelon of what you’d expect from Billie. 
 

So, personally, I gotta give it to Lorde. Solidly so.

But the look shaming y'all are doing is kinda yuck, to say the least.

Billie is carried by Finneas but not so much that she has no agency or artistic contribution. I still think Lorde wins though, she has two masterpieces and Billie has yet to really make an amazing album IMO (but she's close). 

Billie is kinda like mass promoted and well oiled so she comes across like she's super talented cause of all the awards. Lorde's label dropped the ball after pure heroin but it doesn't mean she's less talented 

I still feel like Lorde has more raw talent. Billie is smarter with business and she is lucky to have Finneas.

 

I feel like Lorde is a much more artistic person.

Interesting how people still claim Finneas is "carrying" Billie when there is mounting evidence of her heavy involvement in the songwriting and vocal production of HMHAS.

Billie on every metric, including songwriting. Lorde is a very talented songwriter though.
