Blackout easily. Every track is killer except one of the bonus cuts.

 

X has some 10/10 tracks, but there's filler and the sequencing is terrible (No More Rain-All I See-Stars-Wow.....wtf were they thinking?).

I love both albums but Blackout wins automatically because it has Perfect Lover on it

No way you actually thought Kylie would win. Come harder next time against Blackout. 

I love Kylie but that's one of my least favorite albums of her. The One is gorge but the album version is boring af so Blackout wins everything for me.

X is a mid Kylie album while Blackout is arguably Britney's strongest album. No contest.

I'm so shocked to see so many people hating on X. I think it's one of Kylie's best?

they both have Bloodshy & Avant in common 

X is about half amazing, half filler. The fact she had so many amazing songs as b-sides or simply left them unreleased (Magnetic Electric)  

 

Imagine how grand it would have been, quality wise, if we had Cherry Bomb instead of Heart Beat Rock 

 

Hell imagine if we finally had the correct version of All I See on streaming  

 

so Blackout totally wins. 

X seems to be very divisive but it has a very special place in my heart because it is what actually got me into Kylie and it came out during a very special time in my life. Even though I like Blackout, I have always felt it's a bit overrated. So my vote goes to thee Kylie™
