I find it so hard comparing pre-released songs with new tracks so I'm not sure if Hammer and Man of the Year are highlights or if I'm just familiar with them but on first listen I'd add Shapeshifter, If She Could See Me Now and David at the top. Clearblue is the only one I can see myself skipping.

it's a solid album, don't let mixed reviewed skew your own opinions, 

People can dislike things, it's definitely her worst album.

Broken Glass, Current Affairs, If She Could See Me Now and Shapeshifter stuck out the most for now.

La Fama and Saoko were the perfect choices (Chicken Teriyaki wasn't). Hentai was a cute promo single but I would have chosen Como Un G over Hentai as a pre-release promo single. 

 

HOWEVER, Lorde should have only put out What Was That beforehand and left the rest up for surprise.

David is amazing

Masterpiece omg not a single skip! The end bit of David really shook me to my core, such an insane production especially with earphones. She really made a 1-2-3-4 punch with her discography. Can't wait to listen again in the morning

I really think its her best album

The first and last 4 tracks would have a good EP, more solid than Solar Power.

 

The tracks in between are fillers, I could only see maybe Favourite Daughter growing on me.

 

Overall I think I prefer this one to Solar Power just because I prefer synthpop music, but the overall quality of the project is basically the same as the last one.

She lied when she said WWT didn't sound like the album, it definitely does and i don't say this as a criticism or drag, just an observation

I was referring to Lorde lol. Motomami indeed had great singles, Virgin on the other hand....
