seeing clips from the show and it gives Enigma which isn't really a good thing considering most Gaga fans hate Enigma. She plays a video game character just like Enigma as well

No, this is a continuation of Smile (Video Game concept was for that tour), plus Gaga was literally taking from cyberpunk. I would say Katy was definitely inspired by 1990s Computer graphics (Nirvana), Kraftwerk (Mainframe), retro-futurism (Woman World), Butterfly portion (Frutiger Aero) and cyberpunk (Beginning). Plus, 143 looks way better than Enigma.
