recently a lot of us have had our fun with shading Katy for her space trip and the lackluster performance of her latest album, but i wanna make a thread to celebrate songs of hers that don't get enough love. just the same way that it's valid to say she's done and said things that warrant criticism, it's irrefutable that in the course of her career she's proven to be a talented song maker. post a song from her discography that isn't widely known / doesn't get enough love

    Okay. Never Really Over is underrated. It is better than every single one of her hit songs except for Teenage Dream.

    it's sad that this kinda qualifies as underrated cuz her career was too far gone at that point to recover, it was so close to being legitimate a hit but couldn't break through the way they deserved to (Harleys in Hawaii too)

    The emotional core of Witness is one of her least appreciated tracks. In a perfect world it would've been her 10th #1. 😢
