Used to be Diamond Life but i think at the moment it's Love Deluxe and Lovers Rock. Soldier of Love is also insanely good.

Has she ever mentioned why she takes such long breaks? 

It's up there for sure but there are a few others with her level of consistency like Fiona Apple

Well I can't think of a bad song by them. Sure that's true of other acts but of those with 6+ albums it narrows. Who do you think is their competition?

Sade is definitely up there. Another one I'd argue is Richard Hawley.

 

Side note, Diamond Life is one of the greatest records ever made, period. It's otherworldly.

i can stream all they albums from start to finish.

All their music is amazing...one of my fav bands ever

I understand where the sentiment for Love Deluxe and Diamond Life comes from but Stronger Than Pride is their best effort

The other 5 are literally on the exact same level. There's not 1 standout album in their discography. Diamond Life just has their most recognisable songs.
