Doesn't scrolling past a tweet without even interacting with it not count as a view? That would be like opening the TTH playlist on Spotify and have every song receiving a stream regardless if you have played the songs or not. Bots would also love that. 

No, because scrolling past a tweet counts as a view.

Twitter would have to at least match what tiktok pays per view + make sure that streams don't count until a certain amount of time playing the song. Muted autoplay wouldn't count either. But they won't do it because that would put in evidence their inflated numbers

By that logic should TikTok views count as streams? Like, lol.
