Your favs still don't have one single hit. Not one. Not now. Not ever. When were discussing music, I would think it's more than acceptable to not take an act seriously who is "popular" despite the fact that their music objectively is not popular. Almost every major kpop group to debut in the last decade has bigger hits ww, as well as several who debuted well before that even. You have album sales(photo books/zoom call lottery tickets) and tours(gawk at twinks in person), they aren't anywhere near the top in any other meaningful metrics. No amount of botted and whale stan Spotify streams can make up for the fact that nobody who isn't in the cult will ever listen to their music. BTS has songs that are literally 6x as big as your favs' biggest hit and still fight those accusations. The Stays in here post more about their looks than their performances for a reason. They're popular but for extremely unserious reasons and even then, the degree of popularity they have is grossly exaggerated. They aren't top 5, they're probably top 10. Give it up.

 

If you don't want people to clap back, stop talking out of your ass. It's that easy.
