I'm not contradicting you, but some of the LOONA girls won their case and there has to be more cases in which the female idols actually won in court, so if NJZ case is strong and they have solid evidence of the mismanagement they suffered in ADOR, it should not be different for them either.

If WENDY hasn't renewed, I really hope SM can come to some agreement about group activities, I would hate it if she couldn't participate in RV often or at all.

 

The fact she isn't in SMTOWN and now the stuff about her radio show/solo schedules being ignored is very disappointing.

And all this, even though her radio show is as successful as ever and constantly #1 on air.

I know it's been said 1000 times, but just to really drive it home. HYBE is openly saying they want to put the brakes on NewJeans' career, and there were leaked internal memos showing that they were specifically doing that to replace them with knockoffs that are more directly under the control of BSH.

 

Strong case is an understatement, trust has been unequivocally breached and the contract can not continue in good faith. A ruling against NJZ is a ruling that dungeon contracts that keep people out of work are legal, not a ruling that NJZ presented insufficient evidence of their claims. This is why HYBE's media strategy to win public favor back is to attack MHJ and say letting NJZ walk would damage the entire industry. If HYBE wasn't guilty, the defense would be that they aren't guilty.

It's been claimed but that's one of the claims I personally haven't seen evidence of. It's probably out there though.
