JYJ's lawsuit was LITERALLY the reason why all Kpop companies can only do 7 year contracts at the maximum nowadays. Not to mention the Court was in favour of them; unlike NJs who was caught lying and that's why losing this lawsuit so far

Eunjung really starred in a movie about in-group bullying, fake vocals, and sex sponsors... all while being in a group literally plagued by those exact issues.  Like—SHE WAS LIVING THE SCRIPT. That's wasnt acting, baby, that was a performance art piece dragging the entire K-pop industry from the inside out. If that's not a serve, I don't know what is.

BEAST/HIGHLIGHT is the reason why the copyright law of the idols started to change and it was in 2024 (yeah they sued CUBE back in 2016 for their trademark, copyrights and catalogue and the case settled in 2024 only).

GOT7/EXID/HyunA is probably the only groups/idols who own their whole catalogue and trademark by buying them and having good deals with their company.

Being on HYBE's side in this lawsuit seems so weird to me. Like we all know HYBE was just going to shelve them out of spite because of MHJ. Strange how some people think that NJs shouldn't be able to get out of a contract but yet HYBE can force them to stay and just quietly abandon/mistreat them.
