Even if this was real (which definitely isnt here) u decided that the smart and mature thing to do is use your energy and time to hate a group because of some of its fans...

That's why Sejong, NJZs law firm, strategically asked for a mediation before the ruling, to show Hybe is not arguing in good faith, is not serious about wanting NJZ back, contrary to what they say in court, and is willing to throw away a $1 billion business over ~vibes~ and a producer that was proven innocent. If the judge understands Hybe is acting irrationally and would rather harm NJZ than work with them, he will be more likely to let NJZ go with a tap on the wrist.

 

From everything I read, I don't think the final ruling will be what NJZ nor Hybe really wants. The judge will meet them in the middle. What happens next will depend on whether NJZ is willing to settle for less than what they hoped for if that means a quicker resolution.

I was wondering this too. The full album was for Japan I think so I doubt it will come this year because the teasing for Japan releases starts really early usually. But we will see in the next 2-3 weeks because a lot of times groups start to promote Japan releases right after the Korean one.

They need to get rid of that Big Back PD guy who is clearly not fit as CEO anymore, and replace him with someone who cares more about the companies success than his own personal agenda.

Bang Sihyuk is not CEO, he is the chairman and the president of the board of directors. The board of directors appoints the CEO, other executives, and makes all the important decisions.
