I think it's just in general. She's a free woman now, with no label or executive decisions from others. She can release anything she wants and people leaking stuff is invasive and doesn't help.

i dont think its in general. shes expressed a few times that she likes seeing old songs leak because we get to hear what didnt make the records.

obviously no artist likes or wants their newest tracks to leak, she didnt really say much on Hate Me Harder demo leaking when she was asked about recent leaks in a Gag Order interview.

every album she's ever released has had music from previous eras / not recorded specifically for that album on it. It's clear she likes to revisit old ideas, and leaking anything just jeopardizes that especially now that she has full control. i think now if she wanted us to hear stuff, she would tease / post it herself.

Which ones? I only know of a handful  of High Road tracks being Rainbow outtakes.

General, unrelated question -- I've seen varying theories about her not being able to use any of the ideas/lyrics/songs she created under her Kemosabe/RCA contracts in her new music because the rights are still owned by Luke/his shell companies. Is this true, or more stan fanfiction? 

 

I know there is an expiration date on when she can re-record new music (sometime in 2026?) but aside of that, could she theorhetically repurpose ideas recorded/written under her past contact for a new record? I also understand that theres a difference between a session/demo track and something registered to ASCAP, so maybe that impacts it too...?

I believe she'd need to buy the masters to her back catalogue in order to achieve that which is probably tied to Sony/Luke. They still own her older unreleased recordings after all.

Hasn't she tweeted stuff about leaks before? I remember her or Pebe tweeting something about leaks when "Rosé" and some other songs leaked back in 2021

So do we have any indication that the album is actually coming soon? Given the Christmas freeze is over and she kicked off the era in July, I'm hoping we have the album by the end of March at the latest. Or is that unrealistic?

Very realistic, I'd say (at least that's what I hope).

If I were her I'd want to try to have a hit while

the album is coming out. I'd be surprised if it came before May

The source says the title Kesha is pushing for is B**** but there are issues due to it being so explicit and the difficulties that would come along with it regarding promotion and stuff. Hopefully the final title will be the one she wants or at least one she can stand behind.

 

The Muni Long story was quite something. I think she probably doesn't even know half the story and she criticized Kesha for things she should have criticized someone else, you know what I mean...
