I think by the standards of his era, yes. The traits most found desirable then are just very different than what we look for now. I think by modern standards he's still handsome but it's gonna be hard for us through a modern lens to see what people in the 1950s and 1960s saw in him. 

 

Though I would say that a big part of the equation was he was the youngest president in history at the time and followed a long line of real old school dinosaurs. 

Idk, he's always done nothing for me. His brothers are far better looking.

when he was younger maybe in a twink kinda way- so just barely. by the time he was preisdent all that went away so its a chop
