Nobody knows?

Chile we know

That trailer is gorgeous

That song in the OP is really pretty but I know this album's gonna be a snooze. I needed him to go in a more pop direction.

Only one song being at least 3 minutes...

Any paparazzi photo would be better than this cover. He looks horrible.

I'll give it a listen but it's already giving "woe is me" vibes and he's going to be whining about everything.

Benson Boone overtook I fear.

Is this real? Only 30 Minutes? Oh holy ...

vinyl

His folklore is upon us

The title, the track lengths, the cover

He lost the plot

Looking more into this it seems more like an album he's just going to release, hardly promote, probably not tour.. he just seems over his career still.

He was so close to being JB level too

Always excited for new Shawn music, but—

These track lengths…

The track lengths are a joke.

i hope the songs have strong melodies .. kinda miss pop shawn

music wise it would've been better to go pop to fill the missing gap, there are no pop boys at the moment (expect from the weeknd, but idk when he's releasing)

The wythe could've been the new justin a few years ago after senorita but he messed it up

he doesn't really seem all that interested in that

Go girl give us nothing

The track lengths also threw me off, but I love how this is going to be an acoustic folk record. That's what he excels the most so I really hope this is great. I wish there could be a bit of rock-ish songs though but given the lengths, I don't think so.

He doesn't seem over his career he IS over his career that's been obvious for a long while.

Not these two replies back to back.

The track lengths, the fact this is his second self-titled album…

True.
This album is just to fuel his bank account for more vacations.

Just ONE song over the 3 minute mark? Is he serious by saying those are 'finished' songs ??

It was clear as a day that he wanted to move to singer-songwriter lane and the pop boy thing was not what he wished to do. So it feels like a reboot and reintroduction. We will see…
