outside of my swiftie oomfs on Twitter, I don't see anyone really talking about TTPD. 

 

but i've seen brat stuff on and offline. brat just feels more like an event.

I don't think TTDP even made an impact with swiftys tbh. I'd be surprised if most of them even remember what the album sounded like.

When talking about the album, obviously TTPD. BRAT is a viral meme right now on social media (catching Kamala's attention is not that far out of reach for gay pop culture moments though, sis was getting her life padaming all last summer)

taylor's my #1 most streamed artist and even I didn't care about TTPD, the smashery was fun to witness though. BRAT is the better and more impactful album I'm afraid

One has enough influence & impact for an presidential candidate to borrow its aesthetic

BRAT is just that album! I love Taylor but Charli did what she had to do and Taylor is just not what she used to be I'm afraid

More people know of Brat as a meme than an album right now. It still has room to grow, though.

I don't really think twitter memes from people who haven't listened/couldn't name a single Charlie song outside of Boom Clap really count as relevance. If memes from non-listeners count as relevance then the on-going meme of people making fun of Taylor for releasing to block other artists must count too

not comparable. while one (brat) is undeniably the most discussed and celebrated album of the year, spamming its relevancy from small clubs to the conversations surrounding the presidential run, the other (ttpd) is a forgettable piece of mid music that got panned by the critics, ditched by the gp and will only be remembered for its amount of variants. the fact that it sold 2.6m in a week and it feels non existent is really funny
