There's like no other era besides the 2010s/2020s where 30 somethings weren't still viewed as relatively young and allowed to behave young (with some limit sure, not stupid young stuff but still having fun, going out, dating etc). If you watch older media from the 80s or 90s you'll see how differently 30 somethings were still treated. Idg what exactly changed; maybe it's the obsession with optimized beauty/youth etc that is the result of social media but yea. There's a video from the 80s where Dolly Parton is being interviewed - I think it was 1984 so she would have been 37/38 - and she very casually refers to herself as a young woman. It's sad that most women that age today wouldn't consider themselves young women KIM PETRAS IS A YOUNG PERSON, cope zoomers. Just cause you already feel chopped and unc at 23 doesn't mean the rest of us need to fall in line with your misery!
