If a married individual hooks up with someone randomly, and that someone knows they are married, who is to blame if they get caught?

In theory both but I hold the responsibility on the married person because there's no such thing as slipping into someone's hole by accident.

Both, but most of the blame is on the married person.

Both but the married one more so is the one who should take most of the heat for stepping out on their marriage and initiating it. Oftentimes the other person becomes a victim of infatuation and isn't completely thinking straight.

rando person - disgusting, desperate, and lack of integrity (unless this person is 100% blindsided). 

The 3rd person is after what they want and if the bond between the married couple is not strong enough, it makes zero sense to put the blame on the homewrecker.

If you are not the one who made the marriage vows then you are also not the one committing adultery. I do find it a bit tacky though when married guys on Grindr are seeking bareback sex and I do feel sorry for the wives who are not only clueless about that but also about being in an open relationship.

My concern wouldn't be with the random person; they didn't make a vow to me. All of the blame is on the married cheater. If someone wants to cheat, they will—whether it's with this person or someone else.

More blame falls on the married person but knowingly hooking up with someone who is in a closed marriage is gross. I would say it's 70/30
