Well if I'm being honest, I listened to it a few times and none of the new songs are really sticking with me except for Maria. It's more of a vibey album then a hit collection so it's not surprising it's gonna underperform. Saying that, I like the album but not as much as I hoped.

astagfirallah why is everybody SO DRAMATIC. honey even if this era is a complete flopfest at least the music is good. don't let these dumb journalists tell you if it's good or not or ruin your experience with this album. and if the numbers suck well, better luck next album. dua always takes criticism well and we will for sure get a re-issued version down the line.

I'm still loving the album but I'm getting my lashings in now because they're only just beginning!

Dua will smash in Europe/Asutralia/NZ like she always does and might get a hit in South America as well. Shes global like that.

 

Dont get discouraged by the US who clearly needs to distribute hearing aids.

I'll be honest I was not expecting the amount of ODHs this era has spawned and especially with this album launch. 

They are salivating at the thought of her album flopping.   

 

What did Dua ever do to you besides make fun pop music? It's generally confusing...  

 

I listened to this today and found it to be such a mid album, particularly after four years. Nothing is interesting or distinctive, and there are zero viable singles beyond what has already been released. It's a huge fall-off in quality from Future Nostalgia, which I really enjoyed and consistently revisit.

i mean i already accepted long time ago that the album wasn't going to do well so i'm just enjoying the music

Gurl please just STOP the LIES. Dua's overseas fans were fradulently buying Levitating in an attempt to manipulate the chart. This was organized by her Dua Lipa Hungary account. She was rightfully denied the no 1.
