These songs don't sound like they fit on 1989 (more like Midnights leftovers). TBH, Cruel Summer does.

**** for sure sounds like the rest of the album?

  • Only Taylor could make a song of that title such a snoozefest.

All of these new “From the Vault” songs on 1989 are terrible, except for “Say Don’t Go”   they should’ve released that as the single

It's not proper single yet

They will decide based on reception

It sounds like a filler forgetable album track. Even I Can See you was more memorable.

Will this really be pushed as a single? Either way Cruel Summer will block

i have to agree

sis should have chosen another title

the production is not matching the title

im surprised they released this a single, no vault tracks have single potential

IT's another top 10 and possible #1 hit single material or not

Is It Over Now gives such OOTW vibes, and the rest of the vault tracks all still fit with 1989 imo. She never released these prior so she also could have made more changes to them this time around compared to the original album tracks. 1989 original was also supposed to be super cohesive so that could also explain why these ended up as vault tracks. Regardless I think they fit just fine imo.

I don’t mind the song but the ! heavily misled me. There are better vault tracks that could be pushed that radio will also get on board with.

now that we don't talk deserved

This. The best song on the album, very Strange Desire coded.

It's Vigilante **** all over again.  You can't make a song with that provocative a title and then have it be a snoozefest.  So disappointed with this.

We need to ban her from releasing songs with exclamation points in the title :eli:

She expects me to believe this was written for 1989? :bibliahh:

She doesn't give a **** what you believe

OT: I think pretty much any other vault track would've been a better choice, but this isn't even on TTH, so I don't see how it is confirmed as a single

How do we know this is a single? Please provide sources

The standalone digital single you can buy on iTunes mostly

That does not mean it's an official single. If that's the case 'Bejewed' and 'Question...?' would also be considered singles.
