Pitchfork: Tyla is replacing Rihanna; Tyla retweets
Literally HOW given that Rihanna has almost 4x Tyla's monthly listeners with no album out for over 10 years

Rihanna ties Lady Gaga
At the moment yes, but Rihanna's streaming is very random since songs just randomly explode now and then, that's why she has 23 1B+ songs vs Gaga's 11. Alejandro and Love Game are at 800/700M, but SU&D and HTILY are past the 500M too and if they go viral they could pull a Breaking Dishes.

Was Selena's reaction justified here?
Some of you are literally idiots and not getting her point? She is not complaining she was not praised for the philanthropy thing, she's complaining about how the journalist had no interest in any of her responses and was not engaging as an interviewer. OT: This is valid. Journalists have gotten too comfortable and the quality of their work has deteriorated so much. Is like they want to be the celebrities nowadays or just do it for the sake of being part of something or invited to events, it is crazy how any of them show unprepared for interviews/press rounds/red carpets, and because they have not done their homework do not know how to engage or follow the conversations.

Argentina cancels celebrities for supporting Spain during World Cup
No no, you cannot be bored of schooling, education is important for you. Argentina never had segregationist laws, so mixing started as early as the late 1810s while mixing marriage would remain illegal in other countries for years (150 in the US case!). We also had a huge affluence of European (mostly Italians) during the WW period because Argentina was a fast developing economy with great salaries at the time, and our constitution allowed anyone to enter with no requirements (still does). Prior to the WW displacement, Argentina's population was under 2M. After it, it was nearly 6M. That's what affected the participation rate of each ethnicity.

Argentina cancels celebrities for supporting Spain during World Cup
Did you read my post and decided to remain ignorant or just quoted me by b mistake? Because I clearly stated that Brazil imported 5M slaves while Argentina only 70K. So that's the main reason why there are so many afro-descendants there. And just to be clear, Brazil was colonized by Portugal, not Spain which you seem to be under the impression of considering your post. It is also very ignorant from you to compare Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia since they were not part of the same colony, even if they were also colonized by Spain, and had different colonial economies that did require slave labor unlike the cattle raising in Argentina. Let me break them down for you: Colombia: Gold mining and Sugar plantations, which were labor intensive. Cartagena was also one of Spain main slave ports. Venezuela: Cacao, sugar and later coffee plantations. Colombia: Sugar and Cacao plantations and gold mining. There were also textile estates. Bolivia: Silver mining and plantations in the Yunga area (which remained isolated for many years, preventing mixing). Let me know if there is something else I which the educational system has failed you, happy to help where I can!

Leaving this here for y'all performative activists since it is VERY quiet the moment you are contradicted.
