They have been hemorrhaging their base for 4 election cycles now, despite Trump being one of the most hated politicians in history and Republicans doing nothing to appeal to the dem base. Even with so much working in their favor, the Democrats are just that awful at appealing to most Americans.

There really isn't evidence to support that. There's some polling that shows gen z males are more homophobic than millennial males... but that's a false equivalency because its not comparing the group's views at the same age. Teen and young adult boys across generations have historically been fairly homophobic, and become more accepting as they mature and gain education.

Both are absolute timeless classics and essential to the genre. Rhythm is a Dancer wins on production (that synth line never fails to give me chills) and Rhythm of the Night wins on emotional impact thanks to the gorgeous and moving vocals.
