Scrambled is usually a no for me

Poached mostly or scrambled egg whites. 

Sunny side up and Burnt. Straight up. I dont want to see a single runny yolk. The yolk has to be SOLID.

Bacon egg and swiss cheese on a toasted everything bagel with hot sauce and spinach and a large iced coffee with half n half. 

Scrambled and wet 

Fried or hard/soft boiled.

 

Anything that has white and yolk separate >>> scrambled.

I don't make runny yolk. I boil. Hard

Fried, but the yolk needs to be somewhat runny still. 

Scrambled eggs! The thing I eat the most in hotel buffet breakfasts.

 

Also a huge fan of Japanese chawamushi (steamed egg) and their sweet tamago (sometimes grilled, hence called tamagoyaki)

 

Omelets are great too, but it depends on the chef's skills.

Other than chicken eggs, I like fish roe and I love crab roe.   Quail eggs are not bad too.
