Rachel Stevens - Come & Get It

it's kinda funny how albums like ARTPOP and Witness are in the same list as evermore and 30 like...

ARTPOP by Gaga. It was her most ambitious concept and it's ridiculous that it was being painted as just ''another EDM album'' when that wasn't the case at all. It's her most chaotic album in the best possible way and she was really trying (even if it was tryhard at times) to sell the concept. She got done dirty by her team and the media as well.

Dawn FM. He deserved to have like 5 #1s from that album.

Solar Power

its crazy how much anticipation she had that just plummeted after the lead single

When the Sun Goes Down, the singles deserved to do better on the charts and it could have been milked a bit more

4 deserves to be a mega smash since it followed Beyoncé’s commercial peak with a huge increase in quality. Just listen to the album now, not a single song sounds like a generic dated mess from 2010s. It should had been mega successful for the ART itself! Her vocal was at its peak at the time as well. The harmonies in End of time and Party, the experimental nature of COUNT DOWN, the Atmospheric soothing I MISS YOU, the operatic vocals in I CARE, the rnb SEX bop DANCE FOR YOU, the old-school grove in SCHOOLIN LIFE :wanda:

RTW ruined everything, I blamed Diplo for 4 floppage.

I would delete Everything Is Love since everything else is part of Beyoncé’s Legacy - most ppl don’t even know it exists :giraffe:

Honeymoon by Lana because of the quality of the record alone. It’s better than anything else on that list. Her magnum opus. Deserved several weeks atop BB200 with HBTB reigning as the #1 song for 8 weeks, Freak #1 for 5 weeks, and the Blackest Day #1 for 11 weeks.

Evermore.  I want it to do better than that racist country guy’s album.

If we’re being objective, Goodbye Lullaby is the only album on the list that sounds like it has at least three smash singles. If it had come along in 2008/2009, it would have been a huge hit.

Witness. It has its flaws but it was conceptually and visually (haircut aside) stunning. Aurally, the album sounds lush and has some of the best (if not the best) production I've ever heard. Witness contains some of Katy's best album tracks and is arguably her best project as a whole. Lastly, Witness World Wide was an event (tbh it was how I became a stan).

Edit: I also really like Glory. Some really great album tracks that had a lot of potential.

i was gonna say witness, Katy snapped with the aesthetic and cohesiveness on that one, definitely deserved better

30 is already a smash era since it's the best selling album of 2021 :siptea:

I'm sorry what is the objective? What r we supposed to do its not very clear

Glory.

Do You Wanna Come Over, Love Me Down, Liar, Better, Change Your Mind all sound like hits

Witness is the best from that list!
