#2 will certain happen . passing Party In The USA is possible as well but that has had longevity and could end up back on top in the long run.

I was lowkey expecting a below 10 million update today with all the new releases yesterday.. instead it gained almost 300k !!! this is with no promo... it's about time Miley gets up and WORK. I hope her team has something prepped for valentine's day.

Her streaming stats look so good, she has improved so much compared to just four years ago. Can't wait for the future singles from ESV to make to her Top10.
