JLo’s Live It Up - the third JLo feat Pitbull produced by RedOne joint, following On the Floor and Dance Again. I actually love the song, but after two hits, the formula was bound to stop working eventually. It’s pretty forgotten but I still bop to it every summer.

Why that Niall song tho? Its not very trendchasing.

A recent example for me would be:

Ed Sheeran and his 25 remixes for 2step

Katy ignoring "Dark Horse" to keep promoting "Unconditionally" only for "Unconditionally" to underperform and "Dark Horse" to become her biggest hit anyway. :deadbanana:

Judas - released at Easter time following a multi-week #1 single, along with fake "controversy", but no-one cared.

I knew this would flop as soon as it was released. H.E.R. just doesn't have a voice for pop radio
