Her performance at the VMAs was way better than any queen era TV performance.

This is nothing like the PF era, during that time Nicki was more media disciplined, I’m not solely speaking on music rollout because even that’s not as smooth as it was during that time. 

 

LTISY is a single & we can argue that it’s the Right Thru Me of the era. But this era is missing the magic. So far there’s just mess & antics a la Queen.

I agree with this. I don’t understand the critique that fans are bored or she’s not “doing enough” for the rollout?
 

She’s been dropping collabs consistently all year as well, not like we’re not fed. 
 

Why don’t people just say exactly what they really mean, that they want music videos, heavy playlisting push & are more concerned about chart placements for dragging/bragging material? 
 

She’s never really had a “traditional” rollout, but it’s not as though she isn’t providing content, appearances, lewks etc.

I feel like things are going to kick off after the Drake collab. 

The only thing I would really criticize so far is the lack of music videos (OR any good music videos for her singles). SFG was a mess, let's not even discuss Red Ruby and Last Time I Saw You got nothing.

She announced the album way too early. You would think that she would at least give us one proper single with visuals and performances. Instead she released LTISY which she doesn't really treat as a single. It's giving Roman in Moscow/ChRaq promo single of this era so I understand why fans may feel like nothing is happening.

Someone who was in HQ begging for an emoji to be named after them on a pop forum talking about “solidly their ATRL status” is crazy  go outside.

100% this. We know she’s not known for a traditional rollout but the hype is not there. We all want it to do well. where the heck is big difference anyways? She HAS had a great year with collabs, soundtrack and VMAS but that doesn’t really have anything to do with this album and it’s hype RIGHT NOW.  Nothing new released today it seems either, she needs to communicate at the very least. It seems like something is going on in the background maybe? 

Also the barbz on Twitter who are saying things like “go over to the other side then!” When there’s constructive criticism coming from a place of love, are ridiculous and toxic. 

ANYWAYS, we dan speculate all we want but I hope and pray she delivers and sticks the landing with this 🩵
