We hate Oseary because he is money hungry and only cares about making money, he pushed her into a lot of bad career decisions because he was chasing the money. He pushed her into Kabbalah and is pushing her in promoting it still to this day. He didn't and still doesn't do anything to take care of her legacy and catalog. He has been a horrible manager for at least last 2 decades but they are also friends and she doesn't see that he is doing horrible job.

He pushed her into 360 deal after she left Warner and she ended up with Interscope and they never wanted to sign her so they were basically only distributors of her music, not the label, that alone closed the doors for commercial success.

Here's another example, he also pushed for GMAYL to be given with MDNA pre-order in UK because he saw in late 2011 after Coldplay's album got released all of the sales were counted for album release week and single jumped to #1 on singles chart with massive sales and then rules were changed but obviously Oseary wasn't aware of it so most sales of GMAYL never ended up counting and it ruined her streak of charting hits. And it created the big narrative of her being a hasbeen in UK which resulted in infamous radio ban on BBC and Capitol.

When she left Warner he never negotiated to keep the catalog preserved which resulted in her never getting vevo account and most of her videos being either blocked on yt or not uploaded at all. That stuff was only sorted out in 2018 after yt already peaked and I'm sure the lack of her catalog on yt during yt heydays resulted in her decline.

That's just few examples. Someone else can fill you in in Ritchie, I don't really care about him.
