Joanne if done with the initial raw production would have slapped imo

Indeed, Joanne with more acoustic and raw production would be much better but it would also need to be much more cohesive imo to have a shot at being a strong record. 

And yeah, both are very different, I don't really get the comparisons.

It doesn't matter who revived or referenced what first, it's who actually did the best job at doing it. Like don't tell me Alice or Stupid Love are on the same level as Alien Superstar. I just hope Gaga learned that even though you can be friends with certain producers it doesn't mean y'all are always gonna pump out great work. Both Joanne and Chromatica would've benefited so much by choosing the right mixes and producers.

Alice is infinitely a better song than Stupid Love and Alien Superstar, in my opinion.

Alice is one of the best song ever created, so yes it's better

I mean you're not entirely wrong but "best" is subjective when both projects reference different house subgenres. I would argue the same with CC and Joanne doing sifferent country subgenres.

 

And Alice is leagues better than Alien Superstar. We can see you tried to drag it down by grouping it with Stupid Laugh but it didn't work.

 

Sorry I don't get the Alice hype  it doesn't touch Replay which touches Gaga's older music pre ARTPOP

Is it tho?  I love both songs but Alice doesn't really come across as a difficult song to make.  Maybe it's more fun to dance to, but AS is significantly more interesting to listen to while still going off.  Tbh there are a few songs on Renn that, IMO, are better than anything on Chromatica, but I do think Chrom is an all around more cohesive and better (listenable) album.

 

As far as Joanne and CC, I see them as being pretty similar.  A lot of filler, a few songs that sound random af, but amazing career highlights.
