I mean Ariana is releasing her album on the 8th, so it just doesn't seem like a great decision since there's a significant overlap in their bases. But they are not on the same label so it's not out of the question I guess.

Ari is releasing on the 8th. They are friends, so I really doubt she will release on the 8th. Also, Interscope wouldn't release two of its biggest artists (Billie and Gaga) back-to-back. They always wait at least two weeks between big artists, or one week if they are of a different caliber.

I'm not sure they do that anymore. Now, they prepare the website at another address and then upload it when they need it (in order to avoid leaks etc) 

 

At least that is how B's and Tay's website worked. Not sure about the shops, though

Yes, it's either March 1st or April 5th.

 

Then Taylor will block everything for at least two to three weeks. Billie is with Interscope and will release her album on May 17. So after April 5th, the only likely date is May 31st. 

 

Nothing prevents her from releasing on a bad Friday, though, and she's famous for releasing at the worst possible time.

We have no concrete information; we are just hopeful because if it's not now, we will have to wait for months.
