SNL seasons typically end in May. If she gets it this year it should be in the fall, early January 2025 the latest

She wouldn't release a series of photos with one caption saying "tik tok tik tok" if she were planning on releasing next year. there are levels to teasing. Her behaviour as of late definitely points to her releasing soon.

I’m confident boygenius still would’ve won though. Hopefully their album being in contention brings back recognition towards the song. Also, I’ve noticed many nominees in many categories are songs/albums a year old, so I don’t think recency is a huge issue. Their lead getting in was a good sign… though I’m hoping SSOH isn’t only in Rock Song where she wouldn’t be credited
