Graham Platner’s wife flagged sexually explicit texts to his Senate campaign
The way there is clearly a big media campaign against him but nobody here in Maine gaf These things have only resonated with the people who were clearly never voting for him so it's not making the big splash that it seems

Lady Gaga
As long as she sticks with electronic music I'd rather have her as the lead producer than anyone else. Venus may be a bit clunky, but that maximalist, campy energy is the music that I think is most authentically her, and a full album like that would be a dream

I know its a liddo delusion, but the things I'd do for a full self-produced album To further fuel delusions I'd like to add that Madeon was the one who assisted Gar when she self produced Venus and there are signs that they're working together/discussing her new music.... maybe a sign for the things to come?

Can you see Cece Natalie having a breakout moment?
I think she can continue to build a following and get a million+ monthly listeners but I don't know if I ever see her making it big. She lacks a strong visual identity and her performance skills are dire which these smaller artists usually excel at one of to go big. I can see her getting a few solid streaming hits though, her music is great

Any experiences with accutane / acne medication?
As someone who had to take it twice, it really isn't that bad! The worst of it was definitely the dry lips, I'd suggest buying a big tube of aquaphor and putting a LOT on before bed each night. Also make sure to put sunscreen on pretty much every day. Some people have mentioned dry hair/hair loss as a side effect but I never experienced that (and even if you did its only temporary). Other than that just try and limit your alcohol consumption so you don't do overwork your liver. A drink here and there isn't gonna hurt you, but I'd avoid excessive drinking during the entire duration. Good luck and I hope it works out well for you Also for reference, I was on the max dose both times and didn't have any complications. Different people have different reactions to it so make sure to talk to your provider if you have any side effects!

You're concerned about the quality of an iced coffee while going to Dunkin? (when I worked there during Covid they played the worst music of all time so this checks)

Are baseball players low-key the hottest athletes?
Sometimes I watch when it's on the TV at my gym and I'm always shocked with how slow they look while running

HDD: The Life of a Showgirl 4.005M, breaks Adele's record
Oh definitely not denying TTPD was a big success, it just didn't seem to have a big hit that transcended her fame at the time (which was enormous). I guess the engagement must be a large reason for this which is unbelievable to think it could make her even bigger it makes sense considering how her relationships have always played a big part in her music but still unbelievable

HDD: The Life of a Showgirl 4.005M, breaks Adele's record
Genuinely didn't expect this to outperform TTPD let alone beat the overall record. Serious question, where did the extra fanfare come from since last year? Was it just the eras tour cumulation or what, TTPD didn't have a big hit and she hasn't done much outside of touring so I'm surprised she's might do an extra million on top of what she did last year

Mayhem is still so fresh, truly her best album even though I know there's a slim chance I'm still holding out hope for one more MV. GOE, PC, VIY, Killah, Zombieboy, SOAM, just ONE!!!!

Taylor Swift - 'The Life of a Showgirl'
I think what makes it worse is she's trying to do too much for pop music. Red, 1989, and even Reputation never tried to overdo it lyrically, they were more about catchy melodies and solid pop production. Since Folklore she just seems too... verbose. A good pop album doesn't have to overdo lyrics if it has melodies and production to stand on

Taylor Swift - 'The Life of a Showgirl'
People are doing a bit too much on this It's not terrible, it just comes across as very uninspired and fails to cover anything new or interesting. The real crime on this album are the lyrics, a lot of them are just straight up cringey tbh. Her production has also been so stale since Midnights, the simple production accompanied Folklore so well, but since then all her output has sounded so muted and more concerned about making ~vibes~ rather than instrumentals that will bolster the songs. Combine that with the poor lyrics and you get an album that feels pretty pointless. Still, it feels like a solid 6.5-7 at the end of the day, just pretty underwhelming when she could've tried to do something bombastic after the past few years she's had.
