I think I read somewhere that usually productions are closed for Oscars because a lot of people from the industry attend, or something

plus, Brendan Gleeson, whos also filming on JFAD, is nominated for Best Supporting Actor

Do people think Todd has her under lock and chain or sumn cause the Oscars is literally just a couple hours

She hasn't to prepare a Superbowl over this, she has already performed the song various time on tour, she knew it was very likely she would have landed a nomination over this.

We're very likely getting a red carpet look and performance. We also don't have to stress because whatever happens, she'll still be an Academy Award winner and will almost certainly be one of the media highlights of the night. There's very little or even anything that could go wrong (unless her performance features a Top Gun plane that crushes the audience or something.)

She MIGHT choose to lay low, which I think she did to not outdo the other actress nominees, like she did last year and not walk the carpet, but I doubt it because she's a nominee this year.

People said the same thing about Heath Ledger playing the Joker, that he would never get nominated for a comic book role. We now have two actors who have played the Joker winning Academy Awards for their role. To act like her performance is certain to get no attention from the Academy, when this is the sequel to a movie which got 11 (!!!) Oscar nominations, makes no sense.
