Who cares if Tom Cruise doesn't get nominated for BA? He's trash anyway. We only care about Hold My Hand. Even if the song doesn't win, it still got nominated which is a win in itself.

She showed up after being snubber last year, a nom sorta guarantees it. She can take days off for rehearsal while filming.  

She could just debut CBT HMH performance.

She's attending even if she knows she's not winning. If she attended after a historic snub, she's definitely attending when she's actually nominated. She has to keep good will with the Academy.

We are getting a red carpet look and a great live performance. Even if she doesn’t win, this will be a win for us and for her too. 
 

We will be able to see her on stage and she will use them (as they are using her) for exposure.

Well if she does attend i hope they do something big for the performance, she needs to steal the night. Maybe have tom cruise hanging as a pinata during the performance and she is just hitting him whilst singing

I really doubt she’s performing.Especially with how extra she is with her acting method. They’ll be at the tail end of their shoot in March
