I mean, you have to realize that she still is at her third movie, she has the best actress nomination + all the others nominations (now NYFCC winner) that give to her name also prestige other than popularity in that field, but sometimes it's not always about the money, beside she's not in need of that, i don't think she hasn't been paid a lot for HOG either, however if she manages to snatch a high chachet better for her, 4-10M could be possible.

 

Joaquin is obviously getting paid so many money because without him they couldn't have made the movie, he didn't want to make a sequel, he has to lose weight for the role again which is not easy, and he has been in the game for 30 years.

But it is a musical and if Gaga is apart of it, she definitely helped with writing songs for it. She is an academy award winning song writer and the most successful female movie composer. 
She is a hybrid song writer and actress, she should get paid accordingly

The amount of hype this film got after her possible involvement news is enough to secure her a bigger than 1.5~2M paycheck.

If i was at her position i wouldn't accept anything less than $10m tbh, and even that number seem very low for her nowadays, she was the main reason why million of people spent money on that awful gucci movie remember

I can see him betraying her for some credit or payment tbh. Then he can go to the press and talk **** about her, tell private things, lie about her... Maybe saying "Gaga knew about the working environment, I told her several times and she ignored me"...
