Can we talk about how insane it is that she and the band cooked up these new arrangements in THREE DAYS? that is… actually insane, considering I like this version of the album at least as much as the original, if not more. These are the kinds of out-of-the-box/experimental sounds I've been wanting from her for FOREVER. Just reinforces what I've always thought—Gaga's creativity flourishes when she doesn't second-guess herself or allow anyone to put her in a box. When she dives in and trusts herself, the results are incredible things like Mayhem Requiem. What a triumph this project is

Ngl I cried watching the video for the first time when it premiered during the Grammys. It was the first time since literally the ARTPOP era that I felt like I was watching the Gaga I fell in love with – hungry, passionate, and confident in her own art. I had totally forgotten how she used to make me feel as a teenager and it was overwhelming to see her like that after all this time and to feel those feelings again.

This album is such a triumph, it's actually staggering As someone who hardly knows any Spanish at all, you can still feel the purity of the energy that she put into this body of work. Every song just radiates with profound artistry and beauty. I can't wait to dive into the lyrics and unpack it on a deeper level. Stunning.
