why Atlantic aint sending it to radios is beyond me. her team is well aware of the traction the song is getting on socials and streaming. maybe not massive growth but there is growth! getting it on radios will increase exposure, at the very least i think.

I agree with you and I've been spamming Hilary HQ and Matthew asking for Atlantic to send the song to radio.

It was only one point away from charting I'm not sure what happened 

 

my guess is Hilary will say mature was a promo single and announce the real single soon

if this ends up happening, its a la CTS - AAY again. except back then she was kinda in a messy timeline with Younger about to commence filming very soon.

This is why I'm more than okay not hearing anything about Pretty Ugly for a while... Might be a bit of a hot take since I know she likes her plate full, but I want at least the first half of next year to be all about music

I assume Hilary worked out something where it won't conflict with her music return 

 

also since she is playing the mother I assume she is not the main character of the show and is not in every scene 

 

I feel like her role will be similar to younger where is not in every scene 

Hilary has never had success with radio to be honest 

 

even in her prime she claims radio stations rejected her because of her association Disney 

 

I've don't listen to radio but when I did the only songs I heard were so yesterday come clean and with love 

 

I actually heard with love playing in target recently when I went to Florida which was very random 

 

they should just add mature on more playlist to give it more exposure

She is definitely the lead in Pretty Ugly. I do think she'll film it before the summer ends like between Feb. - May. She can easily tour during the Summer and the rumor is about the Residency. Matt's birthday post hinted at 2026 being a really busy year.

Pretty dissatisfied with the single not charting on Hot 100 but I'm not sure what else we could've done without radio play. That was the key ingredient missing. 

 

I don't think this was meant to be sent to radio, it's been treated as a promo/buzz single. Im sure that is what it's meant to be for Atlantic.

You guys need to stop thinking Mature charting on Hot 100 is something that will harm her in any way. It's been a very successful release week for her and the stability of the song taking into to consideration the lack of play-listing and the boost it gave her catalogue as a whole on spotify is really incredible. If it did chart sure, it would be amazing! But it does not mean much. This was a re-introduction and it's important to notice that the industry changed A LOT. Charting is not that important today. She has a big enough fan base along with a big enough nostalgia attached to her that she'll do just fine.

Yeah I don't think Hilary really cares and she probably lowered her expectations after breathe in breathe out 

 

I think this era is more about touring and giving fans what they want 

 

it's like someone is showing her everything now about what people say about her music

I guess after the success of younger Hilary probably realized I'm too big of a celebrity to be a Side character

 

which is true the only reason why people watched younger was because of Hilary name being associated with it 

 

I don't think it would have lasted long without Hilary in it

I found a few tickets on stubhub for the London show might get them 

 

the  re sell prices for la and New York are ridiculous 

I can't wait to see what she has up her sleeve for next year (including Pretty Ugly), but I got tickets for Toronto so that's a good way to start 2026 🥹

Just be mindful when purchasing resale tickets for any of the dates as originally purchased tickets are likely to be non-transferable and you'll be out of pocket for no reason.

There is absolutely no better way to kick off 2026 than seeing Hilary performing live again. It might not be the only time you'll get to see her next year, either.

And people have to realize that if Pretty Ugly doesn't shoot until after everything related to music, it likely means the end of the road for music again ! 
 

It'll be much better if she shoots the show before the album releases and after dates are booked, so she is obligated to follow through once PU completes production.

Fly was an attempt to course correct but by then radio had made up their mind. It didn't help that they completely abandoned the second album and released her premature GH shortly after. It made radio take Hilary less seriously.

I always stated it was a mistake for Hollywood records to release a second album so quickly when metamorphosis was still doing so well 

 

anywhere but here would have been perfect to promote a Cinderella story it was radio friendly 

I love our lips are sealed when it dropped but I don't care to listen to it now and it seems like it's mostly forgotten now 

 

the song would have made a cute album track but it doesn't scream single like what was on metamorphosis

Listened to Dignity on full for the first time since in almost 20 years (which is an album I used to replay to death back then) and HOLY ****. It's a nearly perfect album. I remember so many melodies and a lot of them still work in 2025  

Billboard charts are delayed til tomorrow but it's already been predicted that Hilary won't chart 

 

if the predictions are wrong and she does indeed chart it will probably be us#100 or 99

I think this is the pre order for the album there's a rumor going around that the album will be  released the same time as the tour 

 

also people are stating the songs that were registered are the songs on the album 

 

I wonder if there will be special editions with bonus tracks alternate covers

 

breathe in breathe out had a target exclusive which was very hard to find at the time 

 

I think they underestimated how many people were gonna buy it 

 

when I went on release day there was only one copy left

Oh really? It was stated by Ticketmaster that the "non-transferable" method was being utilized to prevent scalpers, and resells will only be accepted at face value and at sale price. Maybe it was lifted once the shows sold out?
