I think they did this on purpose because they need something to film for the docuseries and to test the waters to see how many shows she can do next & where.

This is where my head's at too, it accomplishes 3 things at once: docuseries content with packed shows, gauging demand/capacity for future shows, and shaking off the initial performance jitters.

 

Unless the vegas residency rumours come true, but even so that wouldn't eliminate other one-off shows or festivals (I hope)

I don't think so I think it was because they weren't sure if Hilary could fill arenas like she did in her teens 

 

I think this was just to see if there was demand for a tour rather than have half empty arenas and low ticket sales 

I guess I'll try on public sale of anything is left at this point

I wonder if we'll get any performances before the end of the year. I mean it does make sense to start it now since she'll probably take a break specially towards the last 2 weeks of Dec but still a bit too early

I think this is the first time she's actually worked with a vocal coach during rehearsal? She's truly training her voice up and it's gonna be exciting to hear how she sounds singing all of her old classics. I've gotta laugh at all the lyric sheets on the floor, though. Maybe she should invest in a teleprompter. 

I hope the residency rumors are true maybe it will be easier to get tickets for that 

 

I was able to go get Ashlee Simpson tickets with no problem 

 

 

I had no luck for the London tickets :(

I'm sure the residency or tour will be announced in February after the completion of the Small Rooms, Big Nerves shows.

She has too many amazing deep cuts to choose from but I ultimately submitted Holiday. I wanted to submit Hurts, but given that it's an unreleased song, there is very little possibility she would actually perform it.

The pre-chorus to Hurts is so stunning.

Wish the This Heart tracks could somehow make it to streaming.

I think Rebel Hearts would be fun to sing live with the crowd, especially the bridge where it mashes with "thers gypsy in our blood" and then transfer into  gypsy women starts. Outside of You, Now You Know, tbh its not my fav song but Supergirl live wpuld be cool too! or maybe I Am? Anywhere But Here, ugh i dont know too hard to chosse
