I don't think a Hot 100 debut is likely at this point… but we'll see. Predictions haven't been released yet.

I think het expectations are on check and looking at today's standards I think this been a way better and more successful release than CTS. 

It's a completely different scenario than when CTS was released and her music catalogue was not being worked AT ALL. and we now see the boosts a simple release did. I also don't think they will go all in promo wise for Mature since the Christmas domination is just around the corner. This was simply to re-introduce her and to give a boost to her catalogue as a whole. 

 

Matt is also a musician and has knowledge on how the music bussiness works. I think the ones that need to check expectations are you guys.

This is true! Billboard also weighed charts differently back when CTS was released, the reason she charted at #66 was mostly because of YouTube lol.

 

This is doing well for her standards and I think there's a reason why they're not pushing it too hard. We shall see!

I remember that CTS had 7 million or more views in the first week on YouTube. Anyway, I still see potential in Mature if it keeps or increases its streams and gets some radio play, it could make it onto the chart.

CtS only ever reached #79 on the BBH100  

 

But it's true, YouTube was the primary mode of streaming music back then and chart points were weighted differently
