I know the sample... I just heard what I thought were cheers in the background that sounded like it may have been the CIL Homecoming version.

Maybe I'm wrong, or maybe they added cheers/background noise artificially to get the same effect, but I thought I heard some faded cheers in the background.

LOL I was literally the person to post about both of those here in the thread when they were released.  It isn't anything new. I was just saying that I'm glad she/Mathew/her team realized sampling as a revenue stream + grassroots way to keep her songs in conversation very early. Way back to the Nelly feat. Paul Wall "GRILLZ" days.

but she even did choreo for Spirit and it's a ballad. I know what you mean, but also Spirit is not a song that begs for an edgy video. I don't think we have anything to worry about.

I love Fighting Temptations lol, I've watched it plenty of times. And I love and know all her songs by heart, same with Carmen HipHopera.
