She literally was shopping a Renaissance-specific film (not the tour film) to streamers for a lot of last year. We know this semi-factually. So, with genuine respect, I'm not sure what there is to "disagree" about.

 

There were no mentions of that movie being whatever she is presently cooking for CC or Act III. It was, for all intents and purposes, it's own standalone thing. 

 

Had one of the streamers taken the Rennie film as it was, it would presumably be out. Probably in place of the tour film.

 

The "Queen moves at her own pace" is literally just PR spin. Olivia Pope-ing of ever-changing ish behind the scenes. She was never gonna come out and spill her actual tea on some "well, guys, Netflix says I'm asking too for much and Prime said it was too left so y'all gonna wait til we figure it out" lol. Never.
