I still believe all three acts are connected and make a 3 hour film. There's a reason why you can connect the vinyls together to create different collages and image even though the pictures are from different albums. I also like to believe she got bored with the idea of giving everything up front. 

 

In a sense, I think she also wants to bring back the art of music videos and concept and production. When is the last time you saw people salivating for a video? The last video that I honestly can remember that made an impact on music was 'Bad Romance'.  This three act era isn't just about reclaiming music, but honestly EVERYTHING that was originally black including the art of visuals.

not even counting Lemonade (which has several daughters), we got stuff like Anaconda, Wrecking Ball, Thank U Next and such. there have been many remarkable videos since Gaga's heyday.

ngl, even tho it is hard to go against songs you've heard and loved, this would've made a much stronger album.

I do want to say that I am mostly chill because I loved the music and there are career highlights on CC for me, and now I am so over her antics (its been building up for years lets be honest) that it feels kinda... relaxed. She will deliver when she has to. I did want to say that I feel like CC was the album she sat the most with behind the scenes (cuz of the delay too) and that comment about the album being for the world now was giving me major, shes moved on with it vibes. 

 

Anyway... I am still excited for act - iii 

I know B always puts pressure on herself to deliver and continue growing and build her legacy, but the final act of any project (play, film, book etc.) is the damn FINAL act and I'm sure that pressure is major. It is the act that finishes this trilogy and ties it all together. Hope she truly sticks the landing. 

 

Can't wait to experience it in 2026!

This is kind of perfect, but I would keep My Rose and Desert Eagle because those two (with Flamenco) have some of the most interesting vocal work on the album being just 1 minute songs. I'd also would have Oh Louisiana being part of Ya Ya.

the way we've all added every song @Devin cut back to the tracklist, making it 27 songs again.

 

proof that EVERY song on this album is solid.

Okay like I'm chill with us throwing lashings at Bey because she didn't promote Cowboy Carter. But I feel y'all are doing a little too much all because she didn't make this a blockbuster era. 
 

Had she promoted y'all wouldn't be acting like this. Like the way some of y'all are tryna make a shorter tracklist for the album because every other stanbase has convinced y'all that the album was "bloated". 
 

The album is literally amazing at the end of the day, but I feel y'all are only mad because the album isn't pulling streams like Eternal Sunshine or HMH&S. Idk, I feel at the end of the day she promised an album… and we got one lol.

I personally prefer tighter albums, regardless of what promo she's done or hasn't done. There's no single song on the album I truly dislike. But, I think the quality control was lacking in the sense some of these are good songs but are not worthy of placement on what otherwise could've been a 10/10 album.
