Jay is not retired  He just hasn't released an album. They're probably constantly recording songs and he runs multiple businesses.

 

Honestly I think their jobs as founders and CEOs of their companies keep them much busier than their music careers - the music is the fun part for them.

In an ideal world, she'll go (relative) guns blazing with the visuals, new music, and another leg of the tour, as well as her new business ventures. The buzz from each will benefit the other

 

At the same time, she will really need to go IN with the strategy and the push for her haircare line if she doesn't want another IVP situation on her hands.

 

I'm not even that invested in it (though I want her to win with it), but the reality is that it will need undisrupted attention similar to how Rihanna poured her all into her ish. I could see her, much to our irritation, doing that. As there's now something to prove again in terms of her viability as a business force outside of music.

I love this rendition. She sang it perfectly, I wouldn't change a note or run. Whenever I watch other opening performances I compare them to this in my head involuntarily. 

I think DIL was better in Europe tbh

it's just the fact she already shot visuals and they're done and she's doing nothing with them but shopping it around to streaming services since december (allegedly). We know having children takes a lot of time and effort

It seems that she's actually been shopping them around to studios for a limited threatrical release, and those are the ones not picking them up. She'll settle for a streaming service release.

Cozy live is her best live rendition and ELEVATION of a song since Diva @ Beychella and ranks among the Top3 most elevated songs compared to their Studio versions. She outdid herself with that one musically speaking

 

The dramatic intro, the House mix in the middle, the added drums, the change of pace, ugh, im literally cumming every single time

I would nominate Top Off from Homecoming. I might be easy to improve on it, but the upgrade is crazy to me...the fanfare especially is so good, and makes the song actually good imo.

I don't even think any doctor would advise her to carry a pregnancy to term, honestly. so maybe she's in her Flaws and All and Break My Soul bag because she's learning to accept that and love herself regardless of it.
