That LA date :jonny6: she really is THAT celebrity, the amount of starpower.

She needs to go hard after this. New dates for the tour, new album, etc.

If she plays her cards right, she might repeak again. The fact that she still has this pull at her age is insane

She doesnt care.

She doesnt care.

She doesnt care.

I’d Rather Go Blind entering the Apple Music soundtrack charts after I streamed it 5 times yesterday after posting it here :ahh:

playing her cards right is not something the woman, who had all the goodwill and momentum in the world with Beychella but squandered it on a reductive tour with her husband that everyone hates, does

the silver Mugler formation outfit from yesterday is an eat btw, especially with the shoulder pads off, and easily the best for that section

I agree with this.

That said, the annoying thing is that she could easily win by doing the exact opposite.

She'll end this tour on the highest high. Undoubtedly in a MUCH better place than she was heading the Rennie era.

She got a #1 single, #1 album, endless viral moments, and a historic celeb-magnet tour that legit has elevated her to even higher heights.

Leaving the girls on this note ahead of a break is the exact thing needed to build hype for her next release. The hype will be insane.

IMO though, striking while the iron's hot would be best. Especially from a streaming standpoint and because the public can be fickle af.

Shes not gonna do anything.

Yall really need to grasp that everything shes doing is ANTI-overworking herself.

Shes gonna take a break till the end of the year after the tour. Then start working on sth new in the beginning of 2024 with maybe heading for a substantial release or so in.summer/fall 2024. Then maybe a new tour by the time its summer/fall 2025 if we are lucky.

Yall need to stop dreaming so much. Its tiring reading how delusional some of you are :rip:

Just because she said in a docu in 2009 that "when shes not sleeping nobody is sleeping" and that she's a workaholic doesnt mean she operates that way 13 years and 3 children later.

Beyoncé finding out about our suggestions to maximize her career

A break would kill all the momentum and fanfare she's built over the last year which is exactly why she's gonna do it. She could realistically drop Act II in Q1 2024; it's not like she was actively promoting Act I anyway beyond a few IG posts.

  • Act I - July 2022
  • Act I Tour - May 2023 - October 2023
  • Act II - February 2024
  • Act II Tour - September 2024 - March 2025
  • Act III - September 2025
  • Act III Tour - April 2026 - September 2026

That way she has a year off between tours and is consistently releasing albums/singles which would help her recurrent streams + catalogue sales. Consistent releases are the future of the music industry. Notice how regularly the top artists release albums (Drake, Taylor, formerly Ariana).

I hear you and you're probably right.

We're in the "thick" of her career now, so we're constantly filled with hope and optimism about what she "could" or "should" be doing. But when finally able to look at her latter career in hindsight decades from now, her "pull-back" will be so glaringly obvious lol.

At the same time, her striking while the iron's hot now gifts her all the free time she wants after. Let's also not forget that SHE sold us the three-act thing. I don't think there'd be this sense of "immediacy" around "what next?" had she not.

More than anything, I've always been resolute about the fact that she can be very visible in the marketplace without the need to ever leave her house or lift her finger. Which also tallies with not over-working herself. Between the visuals, upcoming acts, and droplet collabs, she really doesn't have to physically do much of anything now until next summer...if she wants.

it’s so cliche but the ones that get it, get it. and the ones who got it on first listen REALLY get it.

My wish is for my 40s to be fun and full of freedom. I want to feel the same freedom I feel on stage every day of my life. I want to explore aspects of myself I haven’t had time to discover and to enjoy my husband and my children. I want to travel without working. I want this next decade to be about celebration, joy, and giving and receiving love. I want to give all the love I have to the people who love me back.

I’ve done so much in 40 years that I just want to enjoy my life.

Striking while the iron is hot just isn't her priority. :rip: She's definitely going to want to disappear for the rest of the year.

This is my sentiment as well! However, like you said, it's exactly why it won't happen.

How many children do they have? How many marriages do they have? How long are they in the Business?

Take her perspective: Shes achieved any and everything. How does her life change when being on top of a random list? She's broken and is still breaking so many records and grounds, especially as a black female artist (the RWT will remain the top Black female tour for decades, trust and believe), shes a billionaire. Her life does not change for the better because of a new #1, endless albums sold, constantly working. In fact, it worsens tremendously cause she jeopardizes the health of her marriage and kids.

Im the very first to criticize her not optimizing the moves she makes, but I made my peace that she's not suddenly going to create and release more than before.

one thing i really liked about the 3 Acts thing was not having the post-tour sadness sink in. like let’s be real she’s not gonna do 10 other tours before she officially retires, especially not big stadium tours, and seeing how much she scaled back the dancing i don’t think we have more than 1-2 Ren style tours left before that too will be over. but having 1-2 more albums + visuals + likely another tour + whatever else to look forward to last year was really refreshing & calming but NOW ? :gaycat6:

sure the visuals will (probably) be released next year and then ? what if she’s just throwing them on netflix and nothing else happens next year ? what if the next tour only happens in 2026 or 2027 ? what if she just throws out another album, does nothing with it again and then it’s lights out until the end of the decade ?

after this tour + the years of covid & the drought that was the Ren era i refuse to go back to the occasional trashy Dj Khaled collab, various products nobody asked for, and the monthly insta pic if we’re lucky… but i know that’s more or less what’s gonna happen moving forward

Edited by ScorpiosGroove

I lowkey hate how hive has relegated to saying things like " at least she's the number one black female".

Having priorities shifted doesn't mean the visuals have to wait two years. If she already had acts planned does that mean we have to wait another five years? If it's over let me know.

It's fairly simple to just make a statement like Miley Cyrus did when she let fans know she no longer plans to tour for the foreseeable future.

This! Now it appears we are back to square one.

And honestly, I blame Yvette.
