I’ve really warmed up to Flaws n All, at first I was annoyed at its inclusion but the way she sings it makes it forgivable, I’ve been obsessed the last few days

Flawed Ass Hole did grow on me I have to admit. Only because it’s so much fun to scream it along with her, not because it’s a good song x

Yeah, Flaws and All studio version SUX. No tea no shade.

 

But the live version is a vocal moment. 

 

Though, even that hasn’t revived it for me the way “Rather Die Young” at Roseland or “Resentment” at Wynn revived those songs for me.

And I always felt that Self-Titled should’ve had this concept where first half would be darker, alternative R&B songs, but the second half should be songs like Pretty Hurts, Heaven, Blue, XO, Grown Woman, SOTS and additional ones she recorded earlier. I don’t know why tho

BTINH and RTW still don't belong though 

it's crazy that I find this version almost unlistenable even when it's still eons better than every vocal performance from any other mainstream artist of the last two decades
