I hope you aren't going, sell your tickets and take your complains somewhere else. You are a terrible fan and the type of hive beyonce really does not need.

This tour is excellent and it represents a different part of her life, you need to be able to evolve with an artist and stop crying about 5/6 years ago. None of her peers are still oudoing her and on this tour she actually seems HUMAN and more connected to the audience than the formation tour.

Totally disagree. Her live performance of Cozy made me obsessed with the song.

RUTH HOGBEN

Seems like she's a confirmed director, then. She also edited the video she directed for Bree Runway herself.

I prefer this tour to Formation. :michael:

She appears to be enjoying herself, the tone is lighter, the music and setlist is better and I love her new crew of dancers.

It's been 4 shows and it already looks a whole hell of alot better than Formation.

September can't come soon enough.

Hmmm I’m not completely with you on this one. I would definitely not reduce this show to Saturday night backyard bbq energy.:deadbanana4: The production alone is so lush and arguably her most creative. Add in how her vocals are in full display in a way they haven’t been in a LONG time. The way her personality is shining through and just beaming joy. It’s a contrast to the bombastic aura she had in FWT for sure but it’s not a lesser experience it’s just a different one. A side that I argue we haven’t seen on stage in a hot minute from Bey. That’s what makes this tour special and of course seeing Renaissance live is also everything.

You’re definitely entitled to feel how you do though. Maybe the next tour will be for you.

No, most of you are just annoying as hell. To all the hive complaining and crying constantly. Go stan someone else

Once again, several of you need to log off and touch some damn grass. If some Hive prefer Formation or even OTR that's THEIR opinion.  If they want her to dance more, that's THEIR opinion.

They have a right to express their feelings about Beyoncé as long as they aren't left field and disrespectful.

Y'all acting like they called her out her name.

"Formation looks better than this tour"

Is a fairly stated opinion. Not everything is fighting words :skull:

I’m trying to avoid watching all the tour clips. They’re all over my timelines. I’ve been holding my tongue, but I’m underwhelmed by her lack of dancing and choreography. Don’t get me wrong, I’m here for the vocals, and the extravagance that only Beyoncé can create live. But I’m disappointed to see her move so little. 😔

I feel this way about Virgos Groove more than anything. It just falls flat for me and only comes alive when it transitions into Naughty Girl. I also thought those notes and runs in the bridge would move me, but they were just ok. Maybe I have to be there though because these fan vids obviously don’t do full justice.

The thing is I know I will enjoy it when I’m there; I know fort sure I will have a lot of fun. I only said FAMILY BBQ because of the vibe she gives  out during the show - it’s fun, light and intimate.
She even called herself MOTHA BEE and dressed as one. It can’t get any more family BBQ than that :bird:

I have no idea why that ATRL SWARM  is having such a major meltdown.

It’s  just not what I expected and I do prefer the FWT high energy, heavy choreos show better, but it doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy RWT!

No you can state your opinion, but when everyone is just piling on, call her lazy, saying the tour isn't good, saying the same damn thing over and over again and complaining at every point. Yes it does become annoying esp for someone you can claim you stan.

Y'all seen this about the hair care line? The article was pretty positive, talked up its potential, suggested there's "more" than just hair in the mix that and Tina is involved:

Sources tell WWD that the brand is helmed by Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, and is also developing fragrances. The brand’s name and launch timing could not be learned. A spokesperson for Beyoncé did not return a request for comment by press time.

Like the article said, they are drumming up the right kind of buzz and telling a meaningful brand story from the get-go. I liked Ivy Park, but I always felt it was more suited to the Bey from B'Day-IASF. The time of all those BTS rehearsal clips and her showing us more of her preparation process. It was kind of odd that she was touting athleisure when she was showing us the least of what would be her wearing it in her natural element...like BTS rehearsals lol.

Also, we all go up and down in shape, but it was also kinda odd seeing her peddling sportswear at her least athletic (as a performer).

I say all of this to say, I wouldn't call IVP an outright mistake, but THIS feels like a much better fit.

It's super aligned with her brand and has no comparable celebrity competition that her level of pull can't match and surpass (though Tracee Ellis Ross' Pattern Beauty does have a lead).

The Tina involvement had me kinda confused initially and wanting her NOT to put herself in a House of Dereon situation again. But it's kinda smart. It aligns with the brand's genesis story and probably will be a way of taking "some" of the promotional weight off her hands (TV show appearances).

Yes, we want the visuals etc, but as someone who is really intrigued about the "business" of Beyonce, I'm really interested to see what she has up her sleeve with this.

All artists of today, even the biggest ones, are clocking on to the need for a viable side hustle. Stadium tours are a huge money maker but are hinged on the notoriously unpredictable momentum of musical popularity. It's also grueling and time-consuming. I'm no one's Navy, but Rihanna has shown the modern girls and guys that one can make piles of passive income with:

* an authentic product that fills a market void

* the right corporate partners

* and savvy marketing

Beyonce's everything over the last 10+ years has been about working smarter not harder and establishing a successful side hustle aligns with that.

The biggest problem with HIVE is that they are never ON CODE, they never stick together and will find every chance to drag beyonce and set her up for other MEDIA OUTLETS to pick it up and then act shocked when she is being dragged by virtue of their OWN tweets and constant complaining.

This show is massive. Clips from people’s phones do not do it justice.

I can’t imagine a Hive attending and thinking :katie: Wish she were doing more hardcore choreo” because there’s SO MUCH MORE to look at and listen to and be engaged with and charmed by.

No, it’s not as serious as FWT. But it was time for her to lighten up. It’s not like she’s shooting whipped cream from her ****s. It’s still a Beyoncé show to the bone.

Reasons I don’t feel like getting attacked about right now. But mostly I feel like the crowds are off, today’s audience was a bit better. I feel like there was more excitement/hype during FWT.

Please share the reasons with the audience.  We won’t bite. :gaycat2:

The crowds have been getting better. Stockholm has been the only outlier imo.

Main thing keeping me going rn are the Paris dates, like i know yall have given up but i am in DESPERATE need of those visuals and i feel it in my bones that it is her best work yet. If the rumors arent true i might have a breakdown and have a looming black hole in my heart.

Anyways on a lighter note her best performances have always been Beychella, Glastonbury and the entirety of the beyonce experience with a dash of South Africa and miss carter(those why don't you love me segments EAT and are in my opinion her best live moments ever) So the formation tour never did much for me outside of my need to watch it in a cinematic format and talented editor stans did what needed to be done and have given me that!

So def her light hearted and joyful energy mixed with her actually singing it ALL live and not being restricted by the intense choreo or heavy atmosphere makes RWT>>>>>>>FWT

The problem with Stockholm is that there were two different audiences under one roof. ALL the stans were on the floor, as were industry people and general clout-chasers. Which left the entire rest of the venue to be filled with casual fans and merely curious locals. As she rolls around Europe and then to the States it won't be like that.

Yep. I can’t even listen to Cozy without the adlibs on the intro and doing the dance now 😂
