She did! As soon as she opened the show with the yellow outfits for Formation, I knew she had more surprises up her sleeve. 

A fun vibe going on in the base rn! I'm keen to see what she delivers in Dubai. At the very least, the production will be epic, just based on the stage, backdrop and fireworks.

I need her to drop all the dates for this tour at once. I refuse to be pressured into flying to Europe/USA again, just for her to announce Australia later.

Yeah I'm the same way. It feels fuller and more satisfying idk.

 

Sometimes when I listen to her 2000s album tracks that she hasn't done live in forever I imagine how it would sound if she recorded that song nowadays, especially with the more traditional RnB songs.

 

Like I cannot listen to Be With You without imagining how much sexier and sensual it would sound nowadays. I'd KILL for her to perform this song just once nowadays but it will never happen

My fave tone of hers was self-titled to Lemonade. Her peak tbh, it wasn't as shrill as her earlier albums and her lower register after the pregnancy fully developed while still having that range. It was dark, gorg, rich, and velvety. Just a great balance overall while also having that "pop" tone. 

 

Bey post-Coachella is great too (in the studio), I don't like her tone as much live when she goes an octave lower to compensate for the choreography. But her belts are giving power which is the exact thing people used to criticize her for lacking. Halo/Ave Maria performance in 2018, BIGGER have powerful belts that send chills down my spine. I have a preference her upper register, falsettos, head voice, and pop-sounding tone that is nostalgic and reminiscent of the voice I was accustomed to for decades. I was scared when BMS came out because I thought she lost it and she proved me wrong with Renaissance.  There are some colors to her voice now I've never heard before, there's raspiness, sultriness, etc. I don't think she has the same range as before, but it is more unique and the way she uses it is masterful.

Everything is so big here I cannot even tell if I can the stage from my suite like that celeb on Twitter tbh… feel free to help if you can haha I know where it is IRL tho that’s the most important. young beyoncé had this sexy hungry voice but at times too shrill. I got scared too around top off/TG era and thought she would be singing that way for the rest of her career but whew renaissance really proved me the high ass head voice is still there and stronger than ever, i really can’t wait to hear how she brings these songs to life, i fear she’ll sound better than ever  (or at least better than when i saw her at OTRII lmao)

I really hope that Hold Up has a viral moment and gets the shine it deserves. The video is so underrated and should be considered one of her best. It’s one of the few videos from Lemonade that can stand against the brilliance of BIK.
