its not going to be a whole Club Renaissance concert (altho they paid enough to request that tbh) but Renaissance songs WILL absolutely be performed & they SHOULD be performed. if I was one of the Dubai attendants...I'd be 100% disappointed not to hear any of her latest music that the world has been playing.

Yes, it is. I genuinely thought it was going to end up being for the official FWT video album/dvd but it never came to be. The fact that the OTR tour was released to Peacock instead of that, let alone Netflix, leads me to believe this that fantasy won’t happen.  Like I would have accepted FWT in any form atp. Even if it was on peacock.

The thing about Cuff It is that I can easily imagine her performing it. It’s very quintessential Beyonce. It should be performed and it would go awf, but BMS is something I am dying to see her perform live. As far as the singles go anyway. 

She could use the stirring from this performance for the tour, too.

the fact that this performance is being reported everywhere & the fact that its her first concert in 5 yrs...any leaked clips, pics, etc are going to go viral. especially anything off Renny. its easy promotion. everyone wins.

 

i think this era proves that no one is in Beyonce's mind...so all the theories about why she would only wait for the Grammys or tour for Renaissance is off the mark. i think bad press is waiting if she does this concert for $24 million and not a single new song is heard. i can't imagine the Dubai organizers who paid her are going to be kind. its all about maintaining good relationships & connections for business opportunities later.

There is no tarte event in the hotel no regarding earlier posts I saw. The only guests for this weekend are CEOs, Investors, VIP, parters of the Atlantis group, people that work on TV/Entertainment… basically only people with “unlimited ressources” (I’m not even joking and I don’t want to seem disrespectful but that’s because the price of anything in this hotel is just over the top) The people that are “influencers/content creators” that are here are REALLY huge and very carefully selected. They (influencers) are not a lot at all or maybe I have just not noticed them (I’m always surprised when someone is very famous with like 5M followers and I have never heard of him/her because they are influencers in a field I’m not interested in for example… the Instagram algorithm I guess).

 

lots and lots and lots of people know each other, people were selected very well to interact with each other.
